Eddie is a retired Federal Executive and the COO of Pivot Path Solutions. He is responsible for daily operations on contracts providing implementation of multiple commercial IT systems, telecommunications, executive support and research.

An Air Force veteran, he has held leadership positions within organizations in the Department of Air Force, Department of Navy, and Department o Veteran Affairs. Respectively in those organizations, he has held positions responsible for agency-wide strategic communications and human resource planning, deploying an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across 45,000-person command, building the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and the next generation (NGEN) for 900,000 users, and implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across five of 172 medical centers nationwide.
